13802 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, electrical error . On the other hand diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2 is the final reason of the code.

13802 Possible Causes:

13802 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
  • Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

What To Check After Fixing 13802 Code

  • Inspect all the connections event data recorder request, circuit low
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
