13802 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing kick down switch, error message from engine contr. mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor torque management request input signal a, low or change injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13802 Possible Causes:
13802 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 13802 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
