This code were stamped on VW Engine case valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), short-circuit after pluses retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean and wait then malfunction indication light (k83), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
138 Possible Causes:
138 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 138 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector data, incompatible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
