Staring in engine data bus powertrain, implausible message from control module battery monitoring retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 and power supply voltage terminal 15, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13796 Possible Causes:
13796 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13796 Code
- Inspect all the connections kick-down switches (f8) implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
