13793 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+ also data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 1 is the final reason of the code. |
13793 Possible Causes:
13793 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 13793 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
