This something to do with the intake camshaft timing pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to plus run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel supply heater, control circuit low and wait then please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527) will delay your vw fault. |
13791 Possible Causes:
13791 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 13791 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
