13718 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), electrical malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed motor for intake manifold flap (v157), short to b+ or change secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow is the final reason of the code. |
13718 Possible Causes:
13718 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 13718 Code
- Inspect all the connections barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
