Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+ . On the other hand data bus powertrain, missing message from diagnostic interface-control module is the final reason of the code. |

13718 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
