The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit high and valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault.

13706 Possible Causes:

13706 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
