13704 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 it can suddenly lead to a significantly more diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high or change control module 2 for cooling fan, short circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13704 Possible Causes:
13704 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13704 Code
- Inspect all the connections load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
