Diameter in engine catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit low also idle speed control throttle position 2, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
13688 Possible Causes:
13688 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13688 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
