This something to do with the intake camshaft timing please check dtc memory of brake system ecu the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic also water in fuel sensor, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
13687 Possible Causes:
13687 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 13687 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defect
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
