Diagnosing engine bar with mil control circuit, open / short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground and linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13687 Possible Causes:
13687 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 13687 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of ecu number 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
