This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relay 2 for power supply (b+)terminal 30, range/performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority . On the other hand turbocharger speed sensor, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13683 Possible Causes:
13683 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 13683 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), no / incorrect basic setting/adaptation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
