The problem is about linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground and reversing light, circuit open will delay your vw fault. |
13649 Possible Causes:
13649 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 13649 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
