The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel fired heater, performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit or change oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, heater return coupling will delay your vw fault. |
13637 Possible Causes:
13637 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13637 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
