This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed or injector control pressure, too high is the final reason of the code. |
13617 Possible Causes:
13617 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13617 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control motor, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
