13599 Possible Causes:
13599 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

- Inspect all the connections water in fuel condition
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
