13538 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor 'd', minimum stop performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system gear/ratio monitoring adaptation, limit reached and throttle angle signal stuck on is the final reason of the code.

13538 Possible Causes:

13538 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
  • Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
