The problem is about catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean or change exhaust bank 3, probe 1 no activity is the final reason of the code. |
13536 Possible Causes:
13536 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 13536 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
