This code were stamped on VW Engine case please check dtc memory of instrument panel ecu to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit . So for next data bus powertrain, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
13523 Possible Causes:
13523 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 13523 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
