13513 Description And Summary :
The problem is about exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), voltage supply outside permissible range retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start a/c control module requested, mil illumination and wait then exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault.

13513 Possible Causes:

13513 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2
Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
