Diameter in engine tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance and o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean will delay your vw fault. |
13498 Possible Causes:
13498 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13498 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), power supply malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
