Accumulated in electronic control units so barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation and wait then control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
13493 Possible Causes:
13493 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 13493 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the control module central electrics
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
