Diagnosing engine bar with manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor control module 1 for cooling fan, faulty or cylinder 6 injector, data incompatible is the final reason of the code. |
13492 Possible Causes:
13492 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13492 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
