Staring in engine a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start vehicle speed signal, error message from instrument cluster you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448) is the final reason of the code. |
13487 Possible Causes:
13487 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13487 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel fired heater, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
