13460 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault activation starter relay 2, short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after mass and wait then charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+ is the final reason of the code. |

13460 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 13460 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
