This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 11 above knock threshold mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), open / short to ground . So for next exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
13451 Possible Causes:
13451 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13451 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
