13430 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing brake pedal position / accelerator pedal position, incompatible the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle position output, circuit high and control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
13430 Possible Causes:
13430 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 13430 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission range display, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
