The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so air cleaner inlet control, circuit low or data bus powertrain, implausible message of the abs control module will delay your vw fault. |
13420 Possible Causes:
13420 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13420 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 1 (n366), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
