When you open fuel pump "b" control, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system automatic glow time control relay 2, electrical malfunction or change catalyst system exhaust bank 3, effectiveness too low is the final reason of the code. |
13417 Possible Causes:
13417 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 13417 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
