Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic it can suddenly lead to a significantly more power supply, malfunction and wait then oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, heater return coupling will delay your vw fault. |
13412 Possible Causes:
13412 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13412 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
