This something to do with the intake camshaft timing vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit and wait then exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
13408 Possible Causes:
13408 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 13408 Code
- Inspect all the connections automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
