The problem is about secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground and wait then oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13407 Possible Causes:
13407 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13407 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
