13402 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too high . On the other hand throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
13402 Possible Causes:
13402 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13402 Code
- Inspect all the connections givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
