134 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+ you can see the malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
134 Possible Causes:
134 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 134 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
