13397 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine generator shut-off, open or short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start reductant injection air pump control, circuit high or change system too rich at higher load, bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
13397 Possible Causes:
13397 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13397 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
