When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit range / performance and wait then pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
13358 Possible Causes:
13358 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 13358 Code
- Inspect all the connections air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
