This something to do with the intake camshaft timing vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction . So for next valve for torque support mount, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
13357 Possible Causes:
13357 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 13357 Code
- Inspect all the connections synchronisation line
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
