When you open exhaust bank 3/4 lambda probes before kat exchanges to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit / open . So for next exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit of electrical errors is the final reason of the code. |
13338 Possible Causes:
13338 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13338 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
