13316 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault power supply voltage, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic . So for next secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck open is the final reason of the code.
