13293 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit or ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground will delay your vw fault.

13293 Possible Causes:

13293 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
  • Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
  • Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

What To Check After Fixing 13293 Code

  • Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
