13248 Description And Summary : |

When you open exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system intake manifold runner control, default not reached or ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13248 Possible Causes:
13248 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13248 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition switch run position, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
