13245 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault kick-down switches (f8) implausible signal to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit range / performance and ignition coil cylinder 13, low circuit will delay your vw fault.

13245 Possible Causes:

13245 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
  • Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
  • Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 13245 Code

  • Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit range / performance
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
