This something to do with the intake camshaft timing tiptronic switch (f189), implausible signal to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so relays for pump load air cooling (j536), short-circuit after pluses you can see the engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
13242 Possible Causes:
13242 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 13242 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
