Accumulated in electronic control units so evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit intermittent / erratic retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit also exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
13229 Possible Causes:
13229 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13229 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
