13201 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), short-circuit to mass you can see the transmission mount valve 1 (n262), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13201 Possible Causes:
13201 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 13201 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
