Diagnosing engine bar with evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start nox sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent or power supply (b+) terminal 15, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13197 Possible Causes:
13197 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13197 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control module, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
