Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector control pressure, too high and wait then oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13187 Possible Causes:
13187 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13187 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
