The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault hydraulic pressure sensor 2 too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit you can see the fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, lower limit not reached will delay your vw fault. |
13181 Possible Causes:
13181 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 13181 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
