13179 Possible Causes:
13179 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13179 Code
- Inspect all the connections wheel speed signal 4, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
