Diameter in engine secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction and wait then water in fuel sensor, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
13178 Possible Causes:
13178 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 13178 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
