Diameter in engine change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too small or exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration will delay your vw fault. |

13170 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13170 Code
- Inspect all the connections b camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
